Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 20 miles of our stores for orders over £20.00, with a delivery fee of £2.99. Local deliveries are made every:

• Monday to Bridgend, Llantwit Major and Cowbridge
  
• Tuesday to Risca, Newport and The Valleys
• Wednesday to Barry, Cardiff and Llantrisant
• Friday to Caerphilly, Blackwood and surrounding areas

If you are unsure whether you are within our local delivery area, please use Google Maps to check whether your address is within 20 miles of one of our stores.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders are usually ready for collection the next day, unless you have contacted us and arranged otherwise.

Courier Delivery

We use DX delivery for courier orders to ensure your products arrive as quickly as possible and to help minimise thawing. All parcels are sent in insulated boxes, and our usual dispatch time is within 48 hours.

We currently only offer courier delivery within the UK. Our express shipping rate is £8.99, and you will qualify for free delivery when you order 75kg or more, or spend £150 or more. Orders placed before 12:00 may qualify for same-day dispatch, subject to availability.

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect address details, or for courier delays or errors once your parcel has been dispatched. Any concerns regarding undelivered items may need to be raised directly with the courier.
