Local Delivery

Our local delivery is classed up to 20 miles from our stores with a minimum spend of £20.00 and costs £5.00.

Local delivery is on Monday, Wednesday & Friday depending on the order placed date. For example if you were to place an order on a Tuesday at 5pm then we would aim to deliver on the next delivery day (Wednesday).

Our local delivery service offers set locations on certain days. On Mondays, we deliver to Bridgend, Llantwit Major and Cowbridge. On Wednesdays, we deliver to Barry, Cardiff and the surrounding areas of Llantrisant. On Fridays, we deliver to Newport, Caerphilly, Blackwood and the surrounding areas.

If you are unsure on whether you are in the catchment area, please use google maps to see whether the distance is less than 20 miles from the store. The addresses for our two store locations are:

Click & Collect

All click & collect orders will be ready for collection will be ready the next day unless you have contacted us and arranged otherwise.

Courier Delivery

We use DX delivery for all our products to ensure it arrives with you as quickly as possible to minimise thaw. All parcels are sent in insulated boxes. Our dispatch time is usually within 48 hours.

Currently, we are exclusively offering delivery to the UK. Our express shipping rate is £8.99, or if you purchase 75kg worth of items or spend £150 you will qualify for FREE delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 will qualify for same day dispatch, subject to availability.

We regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost or undelivered items due to inaccurate address details provided during the ordering process. Additionally, please note that we cannot be held liable for any errors or delays caused by the postal service, and any concerns regarding undelivered items must be addressed directly with the respective courier.
